Ingredients
10 cl of UCHA Kombucha Apple & Citrus with no sugars
3 cl of orange juice or blood orange
2 cl of yellow lemon juice
2 cl of sparkling water (optional)
1 slice of orange or dried citrus
Ice cubes
Steps
In a balloon glass or tumbler, pour the orange and lemon juices.
Add ice cubes to taste.
Top up with well-chilled kombucha.
Add a splash of sparkling water if desired for an even fizzier effect.
Garnish with a slice of orange or a dried citrus. Serve with a straw.
Tips
Add a few drops of non-alcoholic orange bitter to recall the original spritz.
Use grapefruit juice instead of orange for more bitterness.
Add a sprig of rosemary as a garnish for a chic aromatic touch.
