Spritz Light with Citrus Kombucha

A non-alcoholic, refreshing and sparkling aperitif for a guilt-free happy hour.

Ingredients

  • 10 cl of UCHA Kombucha Apple & Citrus with no sugars

  • 3 cl of orange juice or blood orange

  • 2 cl of yellow lemon juice

  • 2 cl of sparkling water (optional)

  • 1 slice of orange or dried citrus

  • Ice cubes

Steps

  1. In a balloon glass or tumbler, pour the orange and lemon juices.

  2. Add ice cubes to taste.

  3. Top up with well-chilled kombucha.

  4. Add a splash of sparkling water if desired for an even fizzier effect.

  5. Garnish with a slice of orange or a dried citrus. Serve with a straw.


Tips

  • Add a few drops of non-alcoholic orange bitter to recall the original spritz.

  • Use grapefruit juice instead of orange for more bitterness.

  • Add a sprig of rosemary as a garnish for a chic aromatic touch.
