A fruity and sophisticated mocktail made with kombucha, perfect for an aperitif.

Ingredients

  • 10 cl of UCHA Mango-Passion Kombucha

  • 1 cl of yellow lemon juice

  • 1 cl of pomegranate syrup (or natural grenadine)

  • Orange or grapefruit zest

  • Ice cubes

Steps

  1. In an old fashioned glass, pour the pomegranate syrup and lemon juice.

  2. Add ice cubes halfway or three-quarters up the glass.

  3. Top with Mango-Passion kombucha.

  4. Gently mix to keep the bubbles.

  5. Add citrus zest for flavor and decoration.

Tips

  • Add a splash of sparkling water if you want a lighter drink.

  • Replace the pomegranate syrup with passion fruit juice for more acidity.

  • Garnish with a sprig of rosemary or lemon thyme for an aromatic note.
