UCHA Apple Kombucha

Apple Spice Mocktail

A non-alcoholic autumn cocktail, balancing fruity sweetness and aromatic notes.

Ingredients

  • 10 cl of Karma Kombucha Apple

  • 2 cl of fresh lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon of maple syrup or concentrated apple juice

  • 2 thin slices of apple

  • 1 slice of lemon

  • 1 small sprig of fresh sage

  • 1 cinnamon stick

  • Ice cubes

Steps

  1. In a cup or glass, place the ice cubes, apple slices, and lemon wedge.

  2. Add the lemon juice and maple syrup.

  3. Top up with well-chilled Karma Kombucha Apple.

  4. Gently mix.

  5. Garnish with a sprig of sage and a cinnamon stick.

Tips

  • Gently heat the kombucha (without boiling) for a warm winter "herbal tea" version.

  • Add a bit of cloudy apple juice to enhance the sweetness.

  • Replace sage with lemon thyme or rosemary to vary the flavors.
