
Apple Spice Mocktail
A non-alcoholic autumn cocktail, balancing fruity sweetness and aromatic notes.
Ingredients
10 cl of Karma Kombucha Apple
2 cl of fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon of maple syrup or concentrated apple juice
2 thin slices of apple
1 slice of lemon
1 small sprig of fresh sage
1 cinnamon stick
Ice cubes
Steps
In a cup or glass, place the ice cubes, apple slices, and lemon wedge.
Add the lemon juice and maple syrup.
Top up with well-chilled Karma Kombucha Apple.
Gently mix.
Garnish with a sprig of sage and a cinnamon stick.
Tips
Gently heat the kombucha (without boiling) for a warm winter "herbal tea" version.
Add a bit of cloudy apple juice to enhance the sweetness.
Replace sage with lemon thyme or rosemary to vary the flavors.
