
Ice Pops Kombucha Pomegranate
Healthy and fruity ice creams with kombucha, to enjoy all summer long.
Ingredients
20 cl of UCHA Kombucha Pomegranate
1 small handful of white (or black) grapes
Some pieces of mango or peach
Some raspberries or blackberries
Ice pop molds + wooden sticks
Steps
Wash and cut the fruits if they are too large.
Distribute the fruits into the ice molds.
Pour the pomegranate kombucha over the top of the molds.
Add the sticks and place in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
Unmold by passing under warm water for a few seconds.
Serve immediately or keep in the freezer until tasting.
Tips
Replace the pomegranate kombucha with the Apple & Citrus kombucha without sugar for a tarter version.
Add a bit of lime juice to enhance the freshness.
Incorporate edible flowers (pansies, cornflowers...) for an even more poetic visual effect.
