Kombucha Ice Cream

Ice Pops Kombucha Pomegranate

Healthy and fruity ice creams with kombucha, to enjoy all summer long.

Ingredients

  • 20 cl of UCHA Kombucha Pomegranate

  • 1 small handful of white (or black) grapes

  • Some pieces of mango or peach

  • Some raspberries or blackberries

  • Ice pop molds + wooden sticks

Steps

  • Wash and cut the fruits if they are too large.

  • Distribute the fruits into the ice molds.

  • Pour the pomegranate kombucha over the top of the molds.

  • Add the sticks and place in the freezer for at least 6 hours.

  • Unmold by passing under warm water for a few seconds.

  • Serve immediately or keep in the freezer until tasting.

Tips

  • Replace the pomegranate kombucha with the Apple & Citrus kombucha without sugar for a tarter version.

  • Add a bit of lime juice to enhance the freshness.

  • Incorporate edible flowers (pansies, cornflowers...) for an even more poetic visual effect.
