
Passion Fizz Mango & Kombucha
An elegant and bubbly mocktail with exotic notes
Ingredients
10 cl of UCHA Mango-Passion Kombucha
1/2 passion fruit (for the pulp)
1 cl of fresh lime juice
1 cl of agave syrup (optional)
1 egg white or vegan foam (aquafaba)
1 small sprig of rosemary
Ice cubes
Steps
In a shaker (or jar with lid), pour the kombucha, the pulp of the passion fruit, the lemon juice, and the agave syrup.
Add the egg white or aquafaba to create the foam.
Shake without ice first (dry shake) to emulsify, then with ice to chill.
Strain and pour into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a half passion fruit and a sprig of fresh rosemary for an aromatic touch.
Tips
Replace rosemary with Thai basil for an original herbal touch.
Use UCHA Lemon & Elderflower kefir for a lighter version.
Add a pinch of freshly grated ginger to boost the liveliness.
