
Moscow Mule Grenade & Ginger Beer
A sparkling and tangy mocktail, perfect for cool evenings or festive aperitifs.
Ingredients
1/2 lime (juiced)
Some fresh pomegranate seeds
6-8 mint leaves
Ice cubes
UCHA Ginger Beer
Lime slice for garnish
Fresh mint for garnish
Steps
In a cup or a mule glass, gently crush the mint with the lime juice.
Add a few ice cubes.
Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
Top up with well-chilled UCHA Ginger Beer.
Gently mix.
Garnish with a slice of lime and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
Tips
Replace the pomegranate with some fresh raspberries for a different tangy touch.
Add a splash of agave syrup for a sweeter version.
In winter, gently heat the mixture (without boiling) for a comforting warm version.
