Ginger Beer UCHA

Moscow Mule Grenade & Ginger Beer

A sparkling and tangy mocktail, perfect for cool evenings or festive aperitifs.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lime (juiced)

  • Some fresh pomegranate seeds

  • 6-8 mint leaves

  • Ice cubes

  • UCHA Ginger Beer

  • Lime slice for garnish

  • Fresh mint for garnish

Steps

  • In a cup or a mule glass, gently crush the mint with the lime juice.

  • Add a few ice cubes.

  • Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.

  • Top up with well-chilled UCHA Ginger Beer.

  • Gently mix.

  • Garnish with a slice of lime and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.

Tips

  • Replace the pomegranate with some fresh raspberries for a different tangy touch.

  • Add a splash of agave syrup for a sweeter version.

  • In winter, gently heat the mixture (without boiling) for a comforting warm version.
