
Pear & Ginger Tonic
A refreshing autumn mocktail, balancing fruity sweetness with invigorating spice.
Ingredients
10 cl of UCHA Ginger Kombucha
1/2 ripe pear, cut into thin slices
1 slice of lemon
1 small piece of fresh ginger (about 1 cm), grated
1 teaspoon of agave syrup (optional)
1 stick of cinnamon
Ice cubes or crushed ice
Steps
In a shaker (or jar), mix the pear slices, grated ginger, lemon juice, and syrup.
Add ice cubes and shake gently.
Pour into a tall glass, then top up with kombucha.
Stir gently.
Garnish with a slice of pear, a lemon wheel, and a cinnamon stick for a cozy effect.
Tips
For a spicier version, add a pinch of cinnamon or a star anise to the infusion.
Replace the pear with Granny Smith apple for a tangier touch.
Gently heat the mixture (without boiling) for a warm, alcohol-free grog version.
