
Pink Garden Kombucha
A vibrant and herbal cocktail made with raspberry, grapefruit, and kombucha
Ingredients
10 cl of UCHA Raspberry Kombucha
4 cl of pink grapefruit juice
1 teaspoon of agave syrup or honey
1 sprig of rosemary
Crushed ice
Some pomegranate seeds
1 wedge of grapefruit for decoration
Steps
Fill a glass with crushed ice.
In a shaker, mix the grapefruit juice, syrup, and a few rosemary leaves.
Pour the mixture over the ice.
Top with very cold raspberry kombucha.
Gently mix.
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary, a few pomegranate seeds, and a wedge of grapefruit.
Tips
Replace the rosemary with basil for a milder version.
Add a splash of lime juice to enhance the acidity.
Infuse the ginger syrup for a more energizing effect.
