
Pink Twist Mango-Grapefruit
A colorful and invigorating mocktail, somewhere between tropical sweetness and citrus zest.
Ingredients
10 cl of UCHA Mango-Passion Kombucha
1/2 pink grapefruit, squeezed (or 5 cl of juice)
1/2 teaspoon of agave syrup (optional)
Ice cubes or crushed ice
Freeze-dried raspberry powder or beetroot for the rim of the glass
Slice of grapefruit or zest for garnishing
Steps
Squeeze the grapefruit juice and pour it into a shaker with the agave syrup.
Rim the edge of a glass with lemon juice and then dip it in the colored powder.
Add ice to the glass.
Pour the juice + syrup mixture.
Top up with well-chilled Mango-Passion kombucha.
Gently mix and garnish with a half slice of grapefruit or zest.
Tips
Replace the grapefruit with lime juice for a punchy effect.
Use UCHA Lemon & Elderflower kefir for a more floral version.
Add a splash of orange blossom water for an oriental touch.
