
Saint Germain alcohol-free with kefir
A floral and subtle mocktail inspired by the iconic cocktail
Ingredients
10 cl of UCHA Lemon & Elderflower Kefir
3 cl of pink grapefruit juice
1 cl of elderflower syrup or floral syrup (optional)
1/2 slice of grapefruit for garnish
Some sprigs of lemon thyme or fresh herbs
Ice cubes
Steps
In a cocktail or tumbler glass, pour the grapefruit juice and the syrup.
Add a few ice cubes.
Top up with well-chilled kefir.
Mix gently.
Garnish with a half slice of grapefruit and a few sprigs of thyme or edible flowers.
Tips
Replace grapefruit juice with lychee juice for a sweeter and more exotic touch.
Add a few pomegranate seeds for a pearl-like visual effect.
Serve hot (without boiling) with a hint of honey for a gentle winter mocktail.
