Ingredients
1 apple
1 to 2 oranges
1/2 lemon
2 carrots
1 piece of ginger (approx. 1 cm)
1 sprig of thyme

Steps
Pass the apple, oranges, lemon, carrots, and ginger through the juicer.
Add a sprig of thyme to the juice obtained.
Fill a glass 2/3 full with the juice.
