A natural boost to strengthen your immune defenses

Ingredients

  • 1 apple

  • 1 to 2 oranges

  • 1/2 lemon

  • 2 carrots

  • 1 piece of ginger (approx. 1 cm)

  • 1 sprig of thyme

  • UCHA Kombucha Ginger

Steps

  1. Pass the apple, oranges, lemon, carrots, and ginger through the juicer.

  2. Add a sprig of thyme to the juice obtained.

  3. Fill a glass 2/3 full with the juice.

  4. Top up with UCHA Kombucha Ginger.

  5. Enjoy in the morning or an hour before lunch.

Tips

Add a pinch of turmeric for even more anti-inflammatory benefits.
