Steps

  1. Place the raspberry jam and lemon juice in a mule glass.

  2. Add ice cubes.

  3. Pour in the raspberry kombucha.

  4. Top up with ginger beer.

  5. Gently stir until the jam is completely dissolved.

  6. Garnish with a lemon twist or a sprig of rosemary.

Tips

  • Pass the jam through a sieve for a smoother texture.

  • Add a few crushed fresh raspberries.

  • Replace the yellow lemon with a lime for more zing.
